OA Residence represents contemporary living with a clear spatial concept and warm materials. The newly built apartment in Oberägeri combines generosity, light, and carefully considered interior design to create a harmonious home for a family. Fine walnut wood, seamless surfaces, and subtly coordinated lighting accents create an atmosphere that radiates calm while conveying timeless elegance.

The thoughtful concept of the apartment is evident from the entrance area. A spacious wardrobe solution makes optimal use of the space behind the kitchen, providing ample storage without compromising the openness of the floor plan. Wall claddings in walnut wood with integrated doors ensure a calm and elegant spatial appearance.

The kitchen has been extended with a bar that expands the living area and becomes a central gathering point for family life. Indirect lighting along the wall claddings replaces traditional ceiling spotlights, bathing the space in a warm, gentle glow.

The layout of the bathrooms was also reworked and significantly opened up in its spatial effect. Through targeted adjustments to the floor plan, a spacious master bathroom with a large bathtub was created, now conveying a relaxed, spa-like atmosphere. Custom-made solutions provide additional storage and ensure a clean, calm design. An elegant glass door connects the bathroom with the bedroom, allowing both spaces to flow seamlessly into one another.
